When hunting New Zealand red stag with us we want you to be selective. You will spend time looking for a red stag that really appeals to you, this could be score or just by its looks. Many outfitters here don’t have the size of property like we have and they can have it internally divided with fences, often only seeing very few animals. Not us, you will see females, small red stags right through to record book red stags, and you can be selective.

We price our New Zealand red stags on the score using the Safari Club International Scoring system. Your guide will field judge red stags and tell you what he thinks it will score. Once you have taken a stag successfully it will be officially measured by a SCI Master Measurer. If your stag is scored bigger than the guide thought, you will not pay a penny more. If it is smaller, then you will pay the lessor amount. Our New Zealand red stag hunt is all about integrity.
